We are Walden…
We are an organization of people helping people.
We have a ‘patient first’ philosophy that is our north star.
We thrive helping people feel safe and valued, meeting them where they are, and providing them with the support and care they need and deserve.
We are here for each other as guiding lists, support, and trusted partners.
Working at Walden means having the opportunity to be a part of an extraordinary team that changes lives every day. If you are looking to grow your career, make meaningful connections, and better the lives of others, you’ve come to the right place!
Our Mission, Vision, and set of Values unite and drive us in everything we do. Our core values bring us together and inspire us. Everyone who chooses to work at Walden is here because of their innate sense of empathy, positivity, integrity, and collaborative nature. We believe in these values and seek individuals that naturally embody and embrace these traits.
We are an exceptionally welcoming community that thrives when we are helping people to feel safe and valued. We meet people where they are, providing both each other and our patients the support they need and deserve. We embrace diversity and honor our differences, encouraging each other to bring our whole selves to work every day.
But most of all, working at Walden means you have the opportunity to truly make a difference…
Walden Behavioral Care is proud to offer affiliated clinical and dietetic internships at all of our levels of care and locations across the Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Georgia regions. Interns will participate in direct client care and treatment planning while having access to a one on one supervisor throughout the duration of their internship.
